Hi Joe, Your books and blog have been a great inspiration to me over the years. I appreciate the meticulous care that you give to constantly stay abreast of the latest research and learning for endurance sport and reflect that learning in your writings. Endurance sport is a constantly changing growing science. Athletes need to be open to the changes appreciate the leaders like you who constantly research to learn and incorporate and share new ways in writings. These differences in writing over time should not be viewed as contradictions but growth in a complex science. Thanks for all you do to help keep us informed and on the edge of new science and how it fits into our sport. I appreciate it greatly!

Hi Joe. Thanks for another informative post. By the way I was recently in the Cycling Australia High Performance Centre and noticed one of your Training Bible version 4 books on a desk in the office. Good to see that they are keeping a breast of your great methods. Keep up the terrific work. Cheers David
