Great post. This is a hard lesson to learn and if you ignore it expect to suffer the result. Cannot race to your fully potential and even lose interest in riding your bike at all. I keep saying "take it easy you get fit on the rest days" but many don't believe me. Thanks for your great on going advice. Cheers David
