Im close to adding a 5 to beginning of my age group, still feel like I'm in my 30's
That been the key for in the past 3 years the key...those HITS, twice weekly and a long one on the weekend. The every second weekend a race like simulation. I go like this 3 out of 4 seasons once race fit. I just make sure my running and cycling are @ 95% and 85-95% respectively. Like you say customise what works for you and just be consistent.

This ageing topic has been a most rewarding and eagerly wait update post done by you JF in recent years. Everybody ages!
