The Toronto camp (may3-4) is an interesting one. Not sure if this is your first camp in Toronto, but it is the first mention I've seen. Might be interested except that it coincides with the Toronto Marathon. Many of the triathletes I know start the season with a marathon because the water is too cold to swim in up here until july.

Hi Joe, So great to see you are coming to South Africa.

Would be really awesome if you were able to offer a cycling training camp in or close to JNB. Any chance that could be included in your schedule?

Hoping!! :)

Joe Friel

Hi Dorian--Thanks for your interest. The folks who are bringing me over are doing a Tri camp only. But my talks are open to both triathletes and cyclists.

Cape Town Airport

Can you please give us some feedback on Cape Town ?

Joe Friel

Had a great time in Cape Town. Looking forward to my next visit.
