Joe, what are the average and highest stable EFs that you have seen/coached?

Fabiano--Realize that EF will be unique for each person given that heart rates vary so much between people. EF comparisons with others are pretty much pointless because of this, ESP when talking about averages. The highest I have seen have been around 1.6-1.7.
