Welcome to the new home of my blog. I had been using the old site for well over three years and I was getting a little tired of it. Not only is this a lot cleaner looking, but it also offers other features as you can see here. We’ll also soon have it searchable including the all of the blogs I’ve posted since Jan 30, 2007 when the first appeared (which, by the way, is still the most popular I’ve written – on midsole cleat position).

I am writing this from the island of Majorca off the southern coast of Spain. Monday morning I start the long trip back to my Scottsdale, Ariz home (at 4am!). I really like the new digs!! Great!! I have bought and reviewed many training books and videos, trying to learn to be a better coach. You for me, are really the best, not that you are perfect, but you continue to research and learn and adjust based on new understanding.
My goal is to one day, to be as good as you. Thank you for all the passion that you put into coaching.
